From director Robert Eggers (The Witch, The Lighthouse) comes an eerie new take on the classic film Nosferatu. The original silent film was more than just a homage to Dracula, it was almost an exact copy. In the 1920s, silent film director F.W. Murnau petitioned for the rights to the novel from Bram Stoker’s estate. After being refused multiple times, Murnau decided to change the script just enough to avoid copyright regulations. With the addition of the otherworldly Max Scheck to the cast, Nosferatu quickly became a classic in its own right. This image is inspired by a promotional poster for the upcoming remake starring Bill Skarsgard and Lily-Rose Depp, to be released in 2024. 

This print is a reproduction of a drawing made by Kat Jetté in 2023. The image is printed on Epson archival matte paper and packaged with a foamcore backing.
